Welcome to Orbital Astro ("Orbital", "Application", "Service"). By accessing our web tools or using our iOS application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Nature of the Service

All astrological interpretations, daily horoscopes, planetary transit summaries, and AI Oracle responses provided by Orbital are intended for personal guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes. Orbital does not offer certified medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Orbital provides free foundational tools and premium subscription tiers ("Orbital Pro", billed annually, monthly, or weekly via Apple StoreKit). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom design assets, interactive astrolabe visualizers, chart calculation algorithms, and software code are the proprietary intellectual property of Orbital Astro (Buta Labs). You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or scrape our ephemeris engines without prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our application and web tools respectfully and not interfere with server operations or security.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orbital and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
